BIRCH BOX

I saw BirchBox in a magazine last month and was sooo excited to try it.  You can sign up here, and every month they send you a package of 4 or 5 deluxe samples from the best brands for $10!  So, when I came home to my first BirchBox delivery, I could not wait to rip it open. 

I love the wrapping and the little card they send you explaining each product...

 

Here is what came in my delivery this month...

1. Ouidad Mouisture Lock Leave-In Conditioner $16

2. AHAVA Mineral Hand Cream $20

3. Sunday Riley Modern Skincare Juno Transformative Lipid Serum $125

4. Laura Geller Spackle Tinted Under Makeup Primer in Bronze $25

5. AHAVA Dermud Intensive Foot Cream $26 

So far, I have already tried  a couple of the products. 

The AHAVA Mineral Hand Cream made my hands so soft and it smells so good, which is perfect because everyone keeps grabbing my hand to see my engagement ring.

The JUNO Serum really made my skin glow, so much that one of my co-workers commented on it.  I am going to have make the sample last a while, because I am not ready to spend $125 on the regular size bottle.

And, the Spackle Bronze Primer is amazing.  It is working perfectly with my tinted moisturizer to make my tan from vacation last longer.

I'm Engaged!!

I’m Engaged!!!

On Saturday, October 1st, Colleen, Joel, and I flew to Fort Lauderdale for a week long vacation. After arriving and grabbing some lunch, I decided to take a much needed nap. After a little while, Joel woke me up and was on his knee next to the bed.  He then proposed and showed me the ring! Of course, I said YES!!!

So Excited for FALL!

 

So Fall officially began on Friday and it is my favorite season!

I saw this picture on Luna and Chloe and it just looked so festive that I had to repost it! I would love to sit down for dinner at this table with friends and family. So picture perfect yet so relaxed!

When it comes to candy, Dylan Lauren has got to be Queen of Candyland.  From her store, to her Bridal Shower, to her Wedding, what is not to love? Since the first time, I was in Dylan’s Candy Bar, I was obsessed.  I LOVEEE CANDY!

She even recently opened a Bar at the NYC store, check out the drink menu here.
I cannot wait to go!!!!

I am so in love with the LemonDrop & Bubble-Gum Martini Cocktails, the Strawberry Chocolate Bar Invitations from Chocolate Editions by Mary & Matt with illustrations by Darcy Miller herself, and the AWESOME pink & red candy bar!!

I'm Back!

It has been sooooo long since my last post and I miss blogging so much, but it has just been so hard to find the time.  So, I am going to try a new approach.  I am starting to plan the annual holiday party for my client and I am going to use the blog has a tool to coordinate my ideas and inspiration. 

As of this moment, my theme is CandyLand, so plan on my next upcoming posts to be all about one of my favorite things, CANDY!!!

Baseball Inspired Tablescape

With Opening Day coming up on Thursday, I thought this was the perfect find!

I am so excited about the upcoming season! Yes, these pictures are from inside Fenway and while I am not a Red Sox fan, I could not resist!

How great is this tablescape by Rafanelli Events? I love the old time vintage look and I love how they took a sports theme and made it pretty.  The baseball and floral centerpiece are the perfect combination!
